I’ve been fortunate to have lived in so many spectacular places, but nothing compares to Crested Butte. I pride myself on knowing this historic town’s past and its community made of the most colorful blend of wonderful people. As one of the Butte’s top real estate brokers and land purveyors, I’m not only familiar with our natural resources, land and mineral rights, but also where to find the best adventure or enjoy the most fantastic meal.


I work tenaciously for my clients to ensure a smooth and transparent transaction. Staying on top of both micro and macro market conditions, I tailor high-tech and high-touch marketing strategies. My goal is to always secure the best outcome in a timely and professional manner. I am known for my strong communication and negotiation skills.

Real estate was a natural transition for me after years of working in the luxury services industry. Previously, I was a private chef in the Caribbean, a fashion and fine jewelry advisor for Chanel Palm Beach, and a manager and designer with Crested Butte’s Artisan Rug Gallery. But my entrepreneurial journey began earlier, when at 35 I launched my own resort collection, Resort by Nikki Pulitzer, designed and manufactured in Bali. Of course, today my clients love that they can count on me to be their go-to for design and sourcing advice.


When I work with sellers to showcase a home, no detail is overlooked. Likewise, buyers trust my drive and discerning eye to find their dream, mountain property.
